2020. The Black Crowes were hot on the heels and riding high on their reunion tour dubbed as 'Shake Your Money Maker', when the world shutdown and live concert stages had to go with the hard and painful decision of unplugging the amps, switching off the lights, and closing their gates. Now, 2021…This marks not only the Robinsons brother's reunion, but this is also a momentous occasion where The Black Crowes are reunited with their fans on the live concert stage!
Chris Robinson says of reuniting, "I'm thrilled & blessed to be playing with my brother celebrating the music we've made & bringing our lives together full circle. Long live Rock n' Roll & The Black Crowes!"
Rich Robinson adds, "First and foremost, I'm really happy to have my brother back in my life. To be able to play music again together and celebrate the first record we made as kids, is a gift. To have these songs stand up after 30 years is something I could've never fathomed."
The 30th-anniversary release of their debut album "Shake Your Money Maker" is what brought these once-estranged siblings back on the concert circuit. It was announced that The Black Crowes will play the songs from this album, in their entirety, as well as their staple of smash hits and crowd faves like "Hard to Handle," "She Talks to Angels", "Jealous Angels", "Remedy," "Sting Me", "Thorn in My Pride" and many more!
